When designing the site we used the logo and color theme from the companies menu which they had sent in. Our designer made a banner in the header of the site to match the branding on their menu. The site uses a key visual of a chef cooking a curry and tells the customer this is an Indian Kitchen. The website is straightforward to navigate and contact information is easy to find to book a table at Masala Craft.
Cocktails and Bar Events is a stylish, contemporary and modern website. The designer used a large slider image and included enticing images of cocktails which grab the browsers attention and make it clear in the first second landing on the website, what the business does. Everything the browsers needs is high above to fold to ensure they can find the information they need quickly be it the phone number or services.
The immersive and high resolution video conveys adventure and gets the reader interested instantly. Rather than being static, the testimonials rotate allowing more to fit on the homepage. Taken from TripAdvisor, they will create transparency and trust in a potential customers mind. Having Cliff’s qualifications shown above the fold also acts as a stamp of approval, giving browsers confidence and assurance about his services. The website really tells a story and has a active and physical feel to it.
The customer asked for a green colour scheme with earthly imagery of gardens, flowers and plants, the designer has used relevant images throughout the site. The customer expressed they wanted to keep the website classy, up market and very professional. The designer tried to mirror this throughout by not clogging up the pages with too much information, keeping it simple and fresh.
Rosebud Upcycling wanted something 'shabby chic' which our designer incorporated with the pink yet rustic background. The narrow and extremely attractive site incorporated rosebuds in the header – which was requested by the customer. Also retro images are used to reflect the products they sell. The product is an eCommerce website meaning that customers can add products to their baskets and purchase online.
Bar & Brew is an attractive and functional eCommerce website which allows the customer to sell their Coffee products online to retailers. Call-to-action buttons have been placed under each category on the home page to help encourage users to spend more time on the website, bouncing from page to page.
The customer requested a professional, corporate, international feel to the site and Dock (UK) Limited does just that. The large header image of Shanghai shows that the business offers their services in China as well as the UK. The website has a testimonial page to give customers confidence in the brand.
The narrow header allows the products and showroom to sell themselves with a widescreen main image providing plenty of scope to highlight the quality of the showroom. The four images below promote a view of how the products will look in a potential customer’s home. This site had very distinct objectives; be an archive of Anna Hursey’s sports career and to act as a way for marketers and sponsorship programmes to discover her. The site is very aesthetic and eye-catching and the large video header grabs your attention and makes you want to find out more about Anna. Call to actions are clear and above the fold to help generate enquiries.
Luxxor is a stylish, sleek, eCommerce website whereby the business can sell watches online. Our designer matched the colour scheme requested by the customer with the black header, grey footer and white background as and used stock images throughout the site.
By using a key visual, visitors know what the company offers within the first 2 seconds of looking at the website. We know 44% of web traffic is to find contact information, which is why we displayed the phone number very prominently in the top right hand corner. The customers brief was ‘be creative as you can’ therefore a bright, eye catching construction theme was used throughout the site. Facebook and Twitter widgets were used to pull in social posts and keep the website up to date.

This very attractive website includes a virtual tour on the homepage to allow customers to take a 360° look around Infinite Beauty’s salon. The designer tried to reflect the customers previous site as requested, in as many ways as possible. Web.com implemented design aspects such as bordered content colours and block grey content blocks, to make the site minimalistic and increase readability and ease of navigation.
Mokuso is a website that deals with a taboo subject that many people may find hard to address. The designer tried to create a website aimed towards a mix of people, as anyone can suffer from addiction. The customer requested that the site have a professional feel, which is why Web.com used a uniform theme thoughout. Designer Corey stated ‘I took a risk with the images used as the client didn’t give an indication of what they wanted. I went for graphic, yet realistic images to shock people into arranging a consultation’.

Our designer, Corey, tried to create a design that reflects a similar layout to a comic book. This gives the website a modern and creative feel that would encourage customers to buy from them while also reflecting the products they company are selling.
MTM Tiling is an attractive, professional brochure website. The site includes a clear call to action at the top of the page to get potential customers to arrange a consultation. A useful gallery page is included which shows previous work and a testimonials page which helps create trust. Social media icons are also incorporated to get customers to engage with the brand on their Facebook and Twitter Pages.
The sites design says one thing: professionalism. We know users often leave a website within 10-20 seconds if they cannot find what they are looking for, therefore we ensured the layout was easy to read and navigate to reduce website abandonment. The contact page pulls in a Google Map allowing the customer to get directions to their head office there and then.
Design-wise the customer wanted something friendly, warm and with large images. When creating this website the designer kept those key elements in mind and created a modern and fresh look that matches there new logo. Earthly colors were used as requested and the site is not only easy to navigate but also pleasant to look at.

Maki Ramen is a vibrant and eye catching Japanese Restaurant website. The customer wanted to be able to display the three locations of their restaurants and the top level navigation links off to each menu. The customers Facebook, Instagram and Twitter links are a main call to action along with their phone number and email address to receive bookings.
The background video shows a time-lapse of London – where the company is based. The header displays the main call-to-action to get people to pick up the phone and make an enquiry. Additionally, the footer links off to the businesses social media platforms to drive extra traffic there.
An attractive, eye catching video is used in the background of the website as well as and music which really brings the site to life and grabs your attention immediately. The business creates Wedding Cinematography so this showcases one of their own videos to the customer to highlight what they can produce.
The design of this website has a modern and visual look, that at the same time allows the viewer to easily understand the nature of business. Everything the viewer needs is above the page fold and this helps them quickly and easily navigate the site and find the information they require.
The designer created an attractive and functional website with SEO in mind. Logo design was also created for this customer and we incorporated the colors requested along with a graphic of a rolled up carpet. A gallery was also included to showcase some of SMK Flooring’s work.
The designer used the requested colours of pink, purple and blue from the logo throughout the site. DJ Kube has bespoke functionality whereby customers can check the availability of the equipment and book it online. A client logon was also incorporated.
For Octagon Construction the customer wanted something modern and ‘slick’ for this design. To achieve this our designer went for a clean and modern layout using lots of white space and an orange and blue color to give the websites some depth and a quirky vibe.
This site is very clear, with the use of white and grey used to create a clean look which was requested by the customer. This neutral feel allows the colours of the artwork to stand out and although the site is quite basic, little features such as the sliding banner create a sense of interaction which was also requested by the customer. The designer included a gallery module on the portfolio and sculpture pages, although this wasn’t mentioned in the copy, it seems right to include these as this is where users will be expecting to see images of the customer’s artwork.
The site is an attractive and functional B&B site whereby customers can find information about rooms, check availability and book online. There is an attractive gallery included and also links to the businesses social media. Design wise Web.com used a check patterned background (that the customer had sent in) and faded this behind the Grey in the header.
Blurb: Colours used for the website included white, black and yellow, as the customer allowed a third colour to be added. The site is minimalist and simple. Stock images were used throughout site including old typewriters to give the design a vintage feel and images the customer sent in were added to galleries on each page. The site is built to generate leads therefore CTA buttons were placed high above the fold.
Noush-Richmond is a bright and colourful website designed to attract the attention of the user. Social media links were placed at the top and bottom of the page to promote social accounts. Call to-action-buttons were also used as well as clearly stating the opening hours and address to help customers locate the restaurant.
The customer said he wanted his site to look like his original one, so the designer used the same colours (red, grey, white) and copied the layout. Then the designer tried to make the site look similar to the customer's previous one to keep a feeling of familiarity. The images used were provided by the customer, along with some stock images for backgrounds and layouts to match the content. The site was kept simple to the customer’s request.
